Callum's 5th!!!

Well, the birthday was on the 14th, and the party was the next day, but I am on vacation, so my #blogtiming is a little off. But what a great day!!! So blessed are we to have such a happy healthy little guy....and we are so blessed to have family attend! Nannie and Upbob made the trip and it was great having them. We will see Papa and Grammie next week. And Auntie KK and Uncle Anth and Jaqueson  will be in attendance in a couple of weeks for a good old fashioned visit.

Up in Maine, we are blessed too to have MeeMee and Grampy so involved.....and, how many kids can say their GREAT-grandfather has been to FIVE of their birthday parties?? And, as you can see in the pics, Uncle Jon and Aunt Kelsey rode the motorbike up, and Callum took a birfday ride.....

By the way, Callum was dressed up like a magician and performing a magic show before blowing out his candles on his homemade racecar cake.....

Below: George contemplates IT life....Upbob and Andy discuss the PGA tour....and Nannie, upset at the fact that I had been sitting and relaxing for almost four minutes, tries in earnest to give me orders to do something......lulz....

#bffs #oneofonlythreeinexistence #whoisthisboystandingwithme #booster. Also, I swear I was not drunk during the taking of this picture. AND, a rare picture of Nannie without a diet Pepsi or seltzer....

Callum had a 'cars' pinata (inspired by Jackson's cool pinatas) and the kids had a blast! The damn thing was hard to break, I'll tell ya!! I had take a few 'swings' myself....also, for an interesting side-trip into the pinata world, check out Jason Ponticelli's FB page (friend him if you arent friends with him....kid will accept....he is the village bicycle of FB) and see the homemade pinata he and JJ made for JJ's birthday coming up!

I love little girls! See how they all hold hands all the time for no special reason? More people need to do this. There would less problems in the world. From left to right: Hannah, Abby, Emily, Maira ( in her 'pretty dress' and boots...)

enjoying some shade....also, I need to prune that rhodo....

Here is Callum on his SECOND ride of the day with Uncle Jon....for this ride, Callum surprised us....he just kind of disappeared, and the next thing we know, he and Uncle Jon were riding down Weeks St by our backyard....and dont worry....they stayed on sidestreets and kept it in second. Callum asked if we could get a motorcycle soon. I wonder if he will settle for a Vespa.....
