Our Miracle . . . .

Callum Stuart Goldsmith

Born: 2:32 a.m.

8 pounds 1 ounce

20.5 inches long

TWO (not just one) "knots" in his umbilical cord . . .1 % of babies have one knot . . .less than 1% have two knots. . .medically speaking, he should have suffocated himself long ago, or at least during labor . . .

Loves his mommy very much . . . .

Mommy was absolutely awesome in labor . . .she took NO DRUGS whatsoever. She's my hero.

Both are resting comfortably . . .

WOW, Congratulations!!!!!. What great news and Aunt June and I are so happy for you guys.

Aunt June didn't wake me up to tell me, but I was awakened by her cell phone beeping with a message. Uncle George emailed Callum's beautiful picture to Aunt June"s cell phone.

We all can't wait to see him! -------and you guys.

Callum just didn't want to be born on Friday the 13th, so he waited.

Take millions of pictures because he will change and grow so fast and don't forget to email them to us.

Lynn and George, I know this gift from God will bring joy to the both of you that I can't put into words, but I can see your smiles all the way down here in South Jersey.

Love to all of you,

Aunt June and Uncle Bob

Congratulations! Chris said that he was glad to see you, Jared, at the hospital when you were getting off the elevator - he had just dropped a patient off. We're both glad to hear that all of you are doing okay...we can't wait to see you and the new one! He's finally here, Amanda! Let us know if there's anything we can do to help!

What a thrill it was to meet him and hold him, he is a handsome little guy, if i must say so.

It is one of the most wonderfull feelings in the world seeing your children have a baby. I can't siscribe what it feels like to hold my grandson, then look at Jared and Amanda and see the love in their faces. I have no doubt that Jared and Amanda will raise Callum with the love and compassion they both have. They will be Great parents. By the way he farts like his father.

Congratulations to you both! Give Amanda some love from me, and snuggles to the little bean. What a great father's day present, eh? I'll share the news with the water street yarns crowd.
